Status: Ongoing
Team: 30+ engineers, 4 teams

About the client

Our client operates a payment orchestration platform used by global enterprises to run their payment operations. The product sits between merchants and the payment ecosystem, connecting dozens of providers behind a single integration and giving finance teams a live view of what every transaction costs.

The challenge

Enterprises that sell in many markets end up with a patchwork of payment providers, each with its own API, settlement logic and reporting format. Adding a new provider or market meant months of integration work, and comparing the real cost of routing a payment one way or another was close to impossible.

The platform needed to grow quickly: more provider integrations, more analytics, and a front end that finance teams could operate without an engineer sitting next to them.

What we built

Digital Colliers took responsibility for a connected finance solution serving merchants across roughly thirty SaaS products in the finance, security and crypto space. Our teams work on the core of the platform:

  • Provider integrations that plug new banks and payment services into the orchestration layer.
  • Routing and analytics features that show the cost and performance of every transaction in real time.
  • Dashboard interfaces for payments, payroll and reporting, built for daily use by non-technical teams.

How we worked

We scaled to more than thirty engineers organised in four product teams, embedded in the client's agile process and release cycle. The stack combines Go services with React front ends, GraphQL APIs, DynamoDB and Redis on AWS, deployed on Kubernetes.

The outcome

The collaboration is ongoing and long term. The platform continues to expand into new markets and provider integrations, with Digital Colliers teams owning entire verticals of the product from design through production operation.
