About the client
CT Group is an electronic systems installation and retail company coordinating specialists, equipment and installation jobs across the whole country.
The challenge
The management struggled with requests scattered all over the country. Finding an available specialist with the right equipment meant a long round of phone calls to partnered firms and manual reconciliation of the details. Orders, documents and schedules lived in separate places, and nobody had a live picture of the day's work.
What we built
We created a bespoke web application that brings the entire installation operation into one tool:
- Live order registration and tracking, from smart home installations to alarm systems.
- A map view that pinpoints every job, so dispatchers see who is where at a glance.
- A shared calendar and timeline for scheduling installations and reacting to failures.
- File sharing and customer management, integrated with the company's ERP.
How we worked
Nine engineers in two teams delivered the product, covering UI/UX and development. The application is built with React and Redux on the front end and a Symfony backend with GraphQL and MySQL.
The outcome
Partner cooperation moved from phone calls to a shared system with live status, locations and documents. The project has been delivered and is in daily use across the company's operations.
